Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, and refunds work on Baghidar.ma, operated by Sky-Eye System LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.

Baghidar.ma offers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription plans for Samsars and Real Estate Agencies. All plans provide access to listing creation, featured placements, and platform features as described on our Pricing page. Owners may publish listings for free.

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The renewal price is the same as your original subscription price at the time of purchase. You will be charged using the payment method on file. If your payment method fails, we will notify you and you will have a grace period to update it before your subscription is paused.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your plan's features until that date. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. No long-term contracts are required.

Refunds are provided in the following situations: (1) Duplicate payments — if you are charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded. (2) Accidental multiple charges — if a system error causes multiple charges, all extra charges will be refunded. (3) Technical billing errors — if our system processes an incorrect amount due to a verified technical error, the difference will be refunded.

Refunds are NOT provided for: (1) Partial usage — if you cancel mid-period, the remaining time is not refunded. Your subscription remains active until the period ends. (2) Change of mind — if you decide you no longer want the service after purchasing. (3) Failure to cancel — if you forget to cancel before a renewal. We send renewal reminder emails before each charge. (4) Violation of Terms of Service — if your account is suspended for violating our Terms, no refund is issued for the current period.

If you believe there is a billing error, contact us immediately at support@baghidar.ma. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If an error is confirmed, we will correct it and refund any overcharges. For duplicate charges, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team. Chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. Accounts with fraudulent chargeback activity may be permanently terminated.

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. You will have a grace period to update your payment method. During this grace period, your subscription features remain active. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be paused and you will lose access to paid features until payment is completed.

Baghidar.ma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. In such cases, no refund is provided for the current billing period. If fraud is suspected, the account may be suspended while an investigation is conducted.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The latest version is always available on this page.
